1 plug was wrong type 3 were not very tight and 1 looked like it had never been changed

You usually find that the plug that hasn't been replaced is the rear passenger side one, a bit of a pig to get to, so some people leave it alone  ;)
Same as No 6 on a 24v Senator!  >:(
