Check the pipe connections are correct......pipe from reservoir @ front of engine goes to the end connection of the solenoid.
Side connection on solenoid goes to multiram actuator.

If pipes are correct then replace the solenoid.
If pipes are wrong then it will suck air through the solenoid vent hole.
