exhaust manifold
« on: 14 July 2007, 16:34:21 »

The exhaust on my 3.0 elite is blowing at the manifold and I have just the front bottom stud is missing (passenger side). It hasnt sheared off, its just not there.
Does anyone know what size thread it is?
Ive tried a 8 mm and it seems too small and a 10mm is too big.

Thanks
Richard

Try the stealers, my stud and nut was missing and got charged just shy of £2.

Suppose that a nut on its own will be about £1, but who knows from VX dealers. :o

The manifold nuts are M8, if it feels loose has someone stripped the thread in the head?
