hi again all,

my omega has yet another fault, i have a fuel leak, manifold needs doing, prob cat as well, blows blue smoke and white smoke! this car is costing me nothing but money. fuel leak is on tank.

oh and engine management light still on and cam sensor changed!!!!! still limits at 4500 rpm!!!!!
anybody any ideas as to what could be up now an how much approx it will all cost to sort?

please help!

Sparks, sorry to hear of your problems with your meega!

I am sure MarksDTM or The Boy will correct me if I am wrong, if you have an illuminated EML (MIL) Lamp on your dash your first task is to read the codes, I beleive that you can use the paperclip method to read codes - see maintenance guides.

Codes do not always indicate the direct problem, always check any associated components / wiring etc as this can cause EML to illuminate!

Read codes and post your findings on this site - one of the experts will answer your findings.

I agree with post above, read codes with paperclip. 2.0l engines can not be paperclipped with engine running.
