Yep. Turn the crank back to 60 degrees btdc so the alignment tool is at about 10 o clock or the marking on the bottom of the pulley is at 4 o clock. This moves the pistons out of the way of the valves so you can safely turn the cams. Then turn the cams back to the TDC positions and lock with the tools. Move crank back to TDC and refit belt.
