Power flat spot around 3000rpm?

Hi all,

I have a 2.5 and have recently cleaned the breather system, had the plugs, leads and cam belt kit changed at the last service and have checked my multiram system but the car pulls well upto 3000rpm then it seems to ease until around 4000rpm when it pulls ok again.  ::)

is this usual? :-?
