Hi Guys,

I'm starting to look at fitting cruise control to my '99 MV6, but there's an electrically driven pump mounted where the cruise control unit needs to go, looks like a small water pump. Can anybody tell me what this pump is for and where it should be moved to to make room for the control unit ?

The part you describe is the aux coolant pump fitted to certain models with aircon or climate control. Have a look at hotel21's post in the maintenance guide to see where you move the pump to and the parts that you need.
