How do you remove these pipes ???
« on: 22 November 2007, 16:38:29 »

Evening Guy's, CAn anyone shed some light on how to remove the pipes shown in the link below, i have followed what matchless has written, but for some reason the pipe wont come off and i dont want to pull it to hard and end up damaging the matrix. ive slid the black clip thing back but all the pipe will do now is turn with a bit of gentle pursuasion. would a bit of WD40 sprated onto the matrix pipe free it or can anyone recommend something else????

TIA  :y

WIth the clips pulled back, rotate the pipes a good few times to free them off....they should then pull off with a good tug.

Ive tried that, i turned it about 5 times, its a bit stiff but it turns, the only part that didn't turn was the plastic part that goes onto the metal pipe cant describe what it looks like but similar to a castle turrit..
