My twin airconditioning is currently faulty. drivers sise works perfectly but passenger side is on constant cold no matter what it is set to or even if you turn it off the passenger side is cold. everything else seems to work. any ideas?

Had a simular problem, found to be the link arm had popped off the flap motor, new arm and motor fitted and its fine now, not saying thats your problem but check under the dash on the passenger side footwell center, pop off the black plastic cover that is over the motor put your hand under, using a torch look for the black plastic arm, see if it moves up or down, if it does, it has popped off the luggs on the little motor, the arm and motor operates your vent flaps.

Had to replace my motor and arm as the luggs had worn.

Its not easy to get to and see, but persivere.
