manual diesel gearbox 2.2 2003 model help needed

diesel 2.2 gearbox noise! sounds like hydraulic thrust bearing but renewed clutch and bearing only get noise when ticking over and pressing or releasing clutch pedal and help would be appreciated thanks :-[

dmf is shot mate , translated means dual mass flywheel, time to drop the box again im afraid >:(
