Would I be right in assuming my 1998 elite has the wiring in place for an auto dip interior mirror?It is a standard elite but does not have the standard leather front seats,instaed it has been fitted with the MV6 recaro leather which only have up/down adjustment,apart from that all standard fittings..bose/rear blind/hid front lights.
Have read previous posts re retro fitting one of these mirrors which i understand move with the electric drivers seat adjustment.....so was wondering why my car has a standard interior morror and is it just a matter of buying a auto dip..removing the original fitment and plugging ??the dip type in and it will work

I believe the loom will be missing, so fit it in the normal way, ie 4 wires (3 from courtesy light, one from kick panel)
