HID Headlights....
« on: 03 January 2008, 16:13:18 »

Situation: One 1998 MV6 Estate with HIDs has broken headlight mounts, but all still working... including the levelling. Whats the best repair? Araldite and pins to fix the cracks? I have two second hand O/S projector headlights sold to me in error  >:(
Any way I can hack/combine the two?

And would anyone like to buy an O/S Projector headlight or two?

Cheers,
Edwin

Too true - I can do a frame/adjuster swap once I've got the front (clear) section off - any tips/tricks here?? I think the majority of the innards is in one piece with the exception of one of the adjuster ball joints - all headlights are built on the same front/rear section, its just the bits in the middle that are different (the reflector section) with some extra bolt on bits........
