Omega 2.2 Cruise Control
« on: 09 January 2008, 12:55:44 »

I've just bought a 2001 2.2 Auto CD with the later fly-by-wire management..

Would I be correct in saying if I get a cruise stalk and the brake switch the cruise control should work?

Cheers!

I don't think you would need a brake switch. Mine didn't and I haven't seen any on here that did.  :y

Yep....every time I have seen a drive by wire one and enabled cruise, the brake switch has not needed changing.......easy to check using live data and tech 2.

wont need brake switch, may need clutch switch if manual.

If you haven't got access to real Tech2, see http://theboy.omegaowners.com
