In park and brakes on shallow slope (1:100 roughly), if anything it would be higher not lower, as back is at the bottom.

No worse than when on the flat.

Repeat the test with it in neutral, wheels chocked and handbrake off. With the car in Park it can skew the results as the arse can be low due to the transmission locking the prop and drive shafts and hence the bum will be sat pretty much where it was when people were sat in it.

Fronts:-
Road to arch lip 670mm,  wheel center to arch lip 360mm

Rears:-
road to arch lip 700mm,  wheel center to arch lip 390mm
