Hello techy type`s  

This has probably been covered many time`s, but how much of a pig is it to change the camshaft and crankshaft sensors on a 1995 2.0 16V ? Have to do it at the week end and some prior knowledge will be useful. (still used to points and a dizzy). anything i should look out for? or handy tips that will be useful?

Not to bad.

Cam sensor requries removal of the cam cover and spark plug cover, not to hard.

Crank sensor is slightly more tricky as the bolt is not so easy to get at....I use a flexi drive to get at them and access can be improved from above by popping the exhaust heat shield off.

have only done a cam shaft sensor myself, not too hard and i`m a novice, there is a tiny bolt behind the cam cover which holds the sensor in place, took me longer to go to halfords and get the tool than it did to change it, think its an 8mm female torq socket you need.
