I was quoted 200 for labour (for valve seals change), but it doesnt include head skimming which is necessay when doing a head gasket and cost extra £100!.
I wil do it myself and have to buy headgasket, new bolts (£10 + £8 Erling). I will also change the exhaus manifold so have to add hasket and 10 studs and nuts.
It would be a good idea to change the rocker cover gasket (dont go for a cheap, just a GM part) as these tend to leak when moved. You can also clean it and put some silicone.
