Which Aux Belt?
« on: 03 April 2008, 18:29:58 »

Just getting ready for a little something over the week-end.
Timing belt replacement on my 1998 R reg 2.5 CDX–
I am armed with the OOF CD, timing belt kit and water pump but struggling to identify the Aux belt required. Apparently, there are three from which to chose, all different lengths. I have tried to identify the belt on the car by looking to see if there are numbers printed on the belt.  No numbers, just a load of cracks.
Is there a sure fire way of tying the chassis, VIN, engine number to the length of belt required?
