That's one or your two your Lambda sensors. Look for it screwed into the exhaust downpipe just before it bends to horizontal. Genuine Bosch are about £70 each. They do wera out after high mileage. But I would not have thought this is not the cause of your rough running. Try removing and cleaning out the idle control valve with carb cleaner

If you have had all the pipes out to clean, check all the vacuum pipework is now properly routed. Listen for hissing sounds which will suggest air leaks. Check especially the connection to the plenum from brake servo is tight and this pipe has no holes (it can wear through where it rubs against an a/c valve)

I  THINK I HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEM THE EGR VALVE OR I THINK THATS WHAT ITS CALLED IS SUCKING IN AIR WHERE IT MOUNTS TO THE TOP CHAMBER. I PUT PLASTIC GLOVE AGAINST IT ,IT  SUCKED THAT INTO THE GAP THEN THE ENGINE IDLES WELL TAKE IT AWAY AND IT RUNS LUMPY, IWILL  GET A NEW GASKET TOMMOROW MUST OF DISTURBED IT WHEN I CLEANED THE OTHER BITS

No problems  :)

To have an "avatar" ... you "upload" and "host" the picture at a webhosting site ....  photobucket or imageshack are 2 free ones, they have instructions on how to use their systems.

Once the picture is "hosted" you then put a "link" to that site in where ever you want the picture to go.. in this case the avatar slot in your profile page.

Every time someone views a post by you, their computor will "read" the link, go to the hosting site and "view" the picture you placed there.

(it is a little more complex than this in reality but that is close enough for government work ..  :)  )

So .. I have uploaded a picture to Imageshack .. it sits on their server with the address

http://img172.imageshack.us/img172/8606/dscf0002bvc0.jpg

I've placed a link to that in my profile space and you can see the picture on the left. If I want to put the picture in THIS part I can use an IMG tag

[IMG*]http://img172.imageshack.us/img172/8606/dscf0002bvc0.jpg[/IMG*]

(but without the *'s they are there to show the code)

and there you go ... :)
