Hope someone can help (again!!!)

Cured the miss fire problem with new dispack leads & plugs, crankshaft sensor was also changed (as I had a stored cod 19). I now seem to have a new problem. Idle is all over the place and it keeps stalling. wont idle at all when cold. Will idle after a run for a few minutes but only with the a/c on. if off it will stall as soon as I stop.

No eml on. Only code 19 stored. I'm guessing this is because it keeps stalling. Can't find an air leak anywhere. No oil in plugwells or anything like that.

Help?!

Am going to change the crank sensor again just incase I have a duff one as it does struggle to start when left 6+ hours. After it has started any restarts are 1st time.

If the crank sensor doesn't do anything what's the next step? EGR? MAF?

Bear in mind that air leaks, particularly around the Idle Control Valve and breather system, can cause a lumpy idle.  It is lessened by use of the aircon as the load on the engine is increased and the system ups the revs to compensate.

Try carefully spraying short squirts of carb cleaner or similar where the ICV mounts and around the 'Ecotec' plastic on top of the intake plenum.  If its a change in note, you found the leak....

Sounds as if there is a vacuum leak, had the very same problem a few months ago, in my case when I had changed the leads the crank case breather pipe had broken, fits onto a brass connector with a small diameter hole, make should its clean(drivers side of engine towards the back) the breather pipe then connects to one of the four at the top/back of engine, check all vacuum pipes.
