Shite! Where theres blame theirs a claim bud! Sounds like you have had a ruff time of it lately! Well at least you have the problem pin pointed (the winker of a mechanic  :-?) hope you can get it done and dusted once and for all now mate.  :y

just got off the phone and the guy is coming to sort it on monday, we have agreed a deal, i let him fix it and he not go to gaol. ;D
