V6 down pipes / Cats
« on: 15 September 2008, 12:00:12 »

Can someone tell me whether the down pipes / cats are the same for the 2.5 and 3.0 please? I'm pretty sure they are but would like it confirmed if possible.

These are off my facelift 2.5 but they need to be fitted to a 3.0.

TIA

TJ

'tis at the moment and although is no rocket it's actually very pleasant to drive and will cruise at 90mph all day on the motorway. I haven't found a hill it slows down for yet, especially with the CC on!

It could do with a diesel diff TBH and now leaves me in something of a dilema. It was only really an experiment but has been dead reliable and has now covered over 3000 very unstressful miles since fitting!

So do I change the diff to improve the overall experience or just leave it as it is? Also, do I up the boost etc to see what I can do get out of it before it goes bang or just leave alone and use as my everyday car like I do now?

Suggestions on a post card please, or here will do.... :-/
