Tech 2 ,fault 41

i am at garage now and check with tech 2  error code is 41 ,gear error hyrolic fault ? what does it mean ,they dont know too.Butchers last week changed the o ring between engine and transmission , after this car is not over 50 km , at D mode and 1-2-3...

Which O ring?

Assuming the error 41 is a gearbox error code then they need to re-trace thier steps.

Is there any fluid leaks?

Did they remove the gearbox, was the torque converter correctly attached to the gearbox before removal or left on the flex plate (doing the latter can result in the torque converter being crushed on-reitting).

Is the torque converter slipping badly....i.e. lots of revs and going nowhere?

there is no oil leaks .we are going to change [ch305] don't know how it's called something like gear pozitioner

Selector switch ?.....they can check this is working using the diag tool and monitoring the live data. I would also be making a check that its adjusted correctly...........they can also be opened and cleaned and inspected

Finally
 i thint to will sell this car anymore.At garage , they  changed selector switch ,and cleaned all the sockets at left side and ,at upper side.Result is ;there is vibration during gear pass , shaking and slip.Rev is very high but speed is same.And when they connect tech2 device ,at dash board automatic gearbox fault is coming when they disconnect tech2 no fault at dash board....Now ,is there something wrong at tech2, or car's ecu ? Last week we changed the cranc seal , after this problems started.Tomorrow i will go again to service..
