Torque spanner?
« on: 26 September 2008, 22:28:08 »

This might be a silly question, but, When I changed the steering idler today there was not enough clearance on one of the nuts in order to user a socket and torque wrench. My question is, how are you supposed to get the correct torque if you have to use a spanner?

Cheers
Chris

I had the wheel off - the lower nut had plenty of room but the nut on the ball joint end that sits on top was directly below the body so could only get a spanner on it...
