Torque settings for rocker covers

HELLLLLPPPPP. Iv just found out my torque wrench dont go down to 8nm Is this the right torque for rocker covers????????? If so is there anyway of guesstimating  this torque???

8Nm. Difficult to judge without. Get it wrong, and they will likely leak again :(

Get the £49.99 3/8 torque wrench which is excellent and will dial down to 8NM.  I cheekily asked if they could knock a bit off the price and they gave me 20% off!

My torque wrench only went down to 10nm, but that seemed to work fine when I did mine...

Covers don't leak, put it that way :) its just the damned head/block seal which does :(
