New Cam Belt

Hi, Just a quick question. How much should i expect to be charged for a belt change on a 2.6 V6

Its not snapped yet but i believe the last one was done at 40,000 and it is now on 100k

agree but do it yourself if you get a locking kit and the DVD

Ooh a 2.6 litre suicide bomber aye? Ready to explode at any moment, does everyone duck for cover when you drive past. He he.
 2.6 not dissimilar to my 3.2, £110 for the kit from
Vx on trade club. Plus labour, about 4 hours? Labour rate depends where you go. Vx will be more and they probably opps it up for you. Jamesv6Cdx
On here is a good bet if you dont fancy diy. Its not too bad a job with a locking kit, hth

Try these people - V6 Contitech kits (Vx OEM supplier) around £60 VAT.  I've bought & fitted two - no probs good quality.
