sounds like a geometry thing to me. Castor angle needs to be steeper? I assume its not returning quick enough?
Servotronic alters the rate of assistance and can be set via tech 2. On the omega its set, iirc, to minimum assistance.
What problem are you haveing exactly?

If you're talking about lack of self-centering when the wheel is allowed to return to the centre position from a turn, the likelihood is that it's a geometry issue rather than anything to do with the servotrinic setup. Insufficient castor or king pin inclination are the usual suspects.

The only function of the servotronic unit is to operate a valve in the steering gear to regulate the hydraulic assistance applied, as a function of vehicle speed.

I'm not aware of a tacho wire to the servotrinic module but it does require a vehicle speed sensing input. This comes from the ABS/TC ECU on an Omega. You will need some sort of vehicle speed input because in its' absence the servotronic control unit will revert to minimum (virtually no) power assistance.

Failing that, you could fit a non-servotronic steering gear from a 4 pot Omega and do away with the electrical side completely.

something binding? apparently there is a nut on the steering box that adjusts out the "slack"in the box, maybe its over tight? do you have a measurement for your caster angle, either its current setting or the desired setting? What should it be? i wonder if the omega caster angle is anything like the mustangs?
just found my geometry data set up sheet, it gives caster angle as 5.40 degrees. maybe have the geometry set up?

hope helps. :-/

I am sure that there is nothing binding, but I am not sure I can give the caster more than 3-3,5 degrese, and that nut you are talking about I have tryed to adjust with out any luck.
But thanks for all your ansers, I will keep on fighting ;)
