Juddering under 2.5k revs? - 2.5 v6 auto
« on: 19 November 2008, 22:38:05 »

I drove 400 miles in my £500 omega on sat - the first real run i've been on since owning. However this evening i noticed that when driving with the revs under 2.5k it seems to judder and not pull very well on light acceleration, until changing gear/revs to about 3k and then it's ok. Drove home with the sports mode on to keep the revs up. There is oil around the oil sump - but i'm presuming this is from the cam covers (I changed these on sat as well)

Any ideas? Auto box on way out? something slipping?

Thanks

Craig.

Check the plugs, leads and plug wells for oil and signs of damage and tracking.
