Best oil to use for a 2.0 8v

Hi all can anyone tell me whats the best all to use for my omega 2.0 8v.The car has done 179.000 miles on it.many thanks :y

Regular oil changes are more important that what oil.  GM's own semi, as made by Fuchs, is more than suitable, and is very cheap at TC prices.

Don't be conned by the marketting BS of the big oil producers, such as Castrol, that their's is superior (in the case of Castrol, its only suitable for a engine flush).
