where do i find that
ive noticed that when i start the car on the morning i here like an extra motor running and a slight hissing noise which only last about 20 seconds then stops
it seems to be coming from the n-s-f area of the car

The noise is SAI and unrelated.  Check MDTM post in maint guides re vac layout under bonnet

I also have the same prob with my blower only working on the screen (95 model), I put it down to the vacum pipes being put on the wrong way when garage did my rocker covers and dis pack.

If i knew the correct layout i would fix mine also, but my other v6's are post 96 which had a different setup.
