re-newing glow plugs

need to change glow plugs in a 2.5td . what do ineed to dismantle for access ?

the inlet manifold needs to come off (12 nuts, 2 bolts (holding egr pipe to egr), and loosen 2 more nuts ), which in turn needs the black 'turbo diesel' plastics to come off

thanks guys for your posts. at first glance the job seemed daunting The Boy gave me the right advice - one guy quoted me £600 just to change the glow plugs . RIP OFF or what"
