parts required:

Sump(s)
Oil pick up
Engine mounts
Inlet and exhaust manifolds complete
Water transfer pipe.
Engine wiring loom
Dipstick tube and dipstick
Flexplate and torque convertor
All the RWD engine ancillaries (starter alternator etc)

Basically we sat both engines together and swapped the lot over bit by bit

Am I right in thinking most of these can be taken from the 2.6 in (ish) my car? If so, I may have just sorted my engine supply problem...

Well I've got most of these from a 3ltr so can't see why a 2.6 would be any different if your doing a facelift one :)
