Fitting rear electric windows... how hard??
« on: 15 March 2009, 16:25:15 »

I've just been doing some work on the explod MV6, replacing bits of the interior mainly.  And fitted the switches for rear electric windows.

I've got the motors and runners in the garage in a box (look like these)

Aswell as all the loom and wiring for the rear doors, as I bought these from Fin quite some time back...

Is it just a case of unbolt the old stuff and bolt these on? Or is it somewhat more complicated?

Thanks

Ahhh fair enough, I've got a drill somewhere...  I take it then the mounting holes are identical, so just be a case of riveting or bolting in the new runners and going from there??

Would change the doors and cheat, but trying to find white estate doors with electrics is a tad hard  ;D
