How you reading the codes Russ, paperclip or code reader?
I'm asking as if its with a paperclip some of them could be old codes and no longer relevant to your problem.
Even a cheapo reader should be able to tell you if its a current or old fault code and let you clear them to see what it's complaining of now.

I was thinking if the MAF codes had been thrown by a dodgy crank sensor they may be leading you up a blind alley if not cleared.
