for me with discs if i brakes heavy ish at say 70, it would be smooth until 60 then wobble down though to 50, then smooth out again.

If its all the time its more likey to be bushes / wishbones i would say  :-/

its not at all times when braking its more when going from say 60 down to 40-30, below 30 or just normal braking it doesnt do it

It could indeed be wear in any of the bushes/joints, but I'd still be inclined to go for the discs, given the symptoms described here.
