Valve seal removal

Very difficult to get out

What is best way to remove them?

do you mean valve stem seals?

if so last time i did a set of these i used a small screw driver to split the outer metal ring and then pulled the seal off with a pair of long nose pliers :)

tap the screw driver gently with a pin hammer to split the metal ring ;)

to fit the new ones i found a socket the same size as the metal outer ring and gently taped the new ones on :)

Call me a bodger - always been able to tease them off with long nose pliers...
