Drop both sumps.
Clean or replace filter thats then exposed.
Worth trying to blow out old oil from cooler pipes.
refit filters and sumps.
Refill via filler hole level.
Start engine, then top back up to filler hole level.
Pop in filler plug, take for spin, recheck level (filler hole level with engine running)
Wash hair to get atf out of hair
Wash hair to get atf out of hair

Accept your hair will stink of ATF fluid.

....and the transmission`s replacement sump-gasket pair; as they will surely need replacing. ;)
