I don't think the ICV is there though. Put a finger/thumb over a pipe, fill will carb cleaner, cover the other orifice & shake. Repeat till it comes out clean. You need to move the rotary valve as you fill for best results.

running a bit lumpy and revs are low i take it this should sort it ?

it might help. what's it like with the A/C on? That should raise the revs a bit.
