am i ok to drive with code 19?

i have to drive to st neots sunday and dont see any way of getting a crank sensor before tuesday. so will it be ok to drive me miggy til then?

any help please :y

Depends on the day of the week, whether it's raining elephants etc...

Unfortunately the crank sensor could just give up completely and leave you stranded :o :o :o

You might be lucky though... Mine was playing up for months before I finally changed it ::) ::) ::)

You won't damage you're engine but it could fail at any time so be prepared with adequate breakdown cover - you've probably been driving around with a code 19 for months (maybe) without realising. :y

i did a paperclip about a month ago and there was no code 19 then.

so looks like i will be ok?  :)

a gamble, could pack up while driving causing a stall and hence no power assisted breaks or steering. Having said that i drove mine 10 miles to a garage to have it changed within half and hour of it playing up. Before i knew better/of oof.

oh well at least it will bring some exitment to my driving :-/ every bump judder studder and uneven road surface will send me into a world of panic! :D >:( :'( it will certainly brighten up the sunday drive ;D :D ;D :y

Been there, done that, always carry a spare crank sensor now!!

got breakdown cover as soon as i insured the motor! been there and been charged over the odds

old sod seems to be a big fan of mine popping up were ever possible :D :y
