Reset your trip, average speed, and mpg too as well to get an accurate reading.

Also, if you display has ever been changed for a non TD one, then it won't be accurate.

The wiper stalk has 2 buttons on the end.... S & R. S = switch/scan through the screens, R = reset, hold it for 2 or 3 seconds on the average mph and mpg screens and it'll reset them :y
