Calipers and disks

Has anyone here upgraded there calipers and disks? If so with what? i've seen grooved and drilled disks on ebay are they any good? Hear some one upgraded there calipers om there omega with Corvette ones was it an easy job does anyone no?

Black diamond also do discs for the omega, as for caliper/brake upgrades, not certain, beleive monaro calipers may suit  ::)
