1) Remove "decorative" plastic covers(If still fitted).
2) Undo hose on l/h side of black unit with "TURBO DIESEL" written on it.
3) Undo hose on other side, nearest to throttle body (slightly easier to refit that way).
4) Undo 2 x 10mm bolts securing "TD" unit and remove unit.
5) Undo 2 x 13mm bolts securing s/steel EGR pipe.
6) Remove Spill pipes. May as well change them too whilst you're about it. Get length of hose from auto spares outlet and cut to size, don't pay thru nose for specific cut to length kit.
7) Pull off rubber vacuum pipe from EGR, another rubber pipe on to black plastic pipe running above spill pipes, injectors etc, and the braided rubber hose on the underside of manifold along with possibly the spring secured, electrical plug (although not guaranteed to be one fitted).

Remove manifold nuts. (Dab of grease will stop the nuts falling out of socket)
9) Remove manifold (It's a fiddle, but it will come off).
10) Change Glo-plugs.
11) Reverse steps 10 to 1
If manifold gaskets look ok, then they should be fine to re-use.
Watch you don't trap No.4 (Sensor) injector lead under manifold when re-fitting.
Check manifold is flush before tightening bolts or you may snap off hole lugs (I did once

).
Main thing to remember is not to use excessive force removing or re-fitting manifold.
It's a fiddle, but it came off...so it'll go back on.
er...I think I've covered it all :-/ ...yep, pretty sure that's it.
