Luton area / MIG friendly Independent Garages?

Hoping someone can assist - any reasonably priced MIG friendly service garages local to Luton (South Beds)? Need some reliable servicing work/investigation work done etc  without having to take out a mortgage ! :-)

Everyone I know who lives in Luton always seem to use shite garages that rip them off.  I have come to the conclusion there aren't any good ones there :o
