right as in earlier post i am gong to attempt to do a water pump change, aux change, cambelt change and cam gasket seals. firstly what is the difficulty rating of all these jobs. and secondly how long should all this take. i have got the dvd on its way and my dad is helping or should i say doing most of the work as many moons ago he was a mechanic. and also where is the best place to get theses parts?

Its all quite straightforward, you will have no problems if you are methodical. get hold of a haynes manual and a cam locking kit.
You can get parts from Autovaux on tinternet. make sure you get a cambelt kit not just a cambelt.
If you are feeling flush it is better to get genuine cam cover seals. Autovaux supply these too.

 Forgot to add you must clean out the breather system also . see the guide on here.
