New Exhaust
« on: 08 July 2009, 13:32:31 »

Hi all

I need a new exhaust and given that the options are take it to Kwick F*ck up or do it myself, and I have no desire to take it to the above mentioned tyre and exhaust out fit I figger I will have to have a go.

having read on here before I'm looking at http://store.eternalcar.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=omega&osCsid=uiontl7pb1blpd4r3oe6akjkl6

however there seem to be so many options, I'm not certian what I should be ordering.

Can any one point me in the right direction or sugest anouther exhaust fitter inthe New Malden area.

Thanks in advance

Its worth giving Eternal a call/email - they are very responsive.

The variants you will find (for V6) are left and right centre sections, and rear boxes for saloon and estate - obviously you need to pick the right ones.  Facelft makes no difference as far as they are concerned.

I wouldnt bother with the fitting kit though - you can get what bits you really need from Halfords .

Get the Eternal exhaust - I am well pleased with mine. £130 delivered - allow 5 working days or so. Nice exhaust note and a quality bit of kit. Order the 3.0/3.2 tailpipe option as it is no more expensive and looks SO cool! If you are really fussy then you will say that the tail pipes are too short as they seem to be made for the pre-lift models but I can live with that - aparently the bumper will get a little dirtier from the exhaust fumes (so get a chrome trim if that is an issue!).
