Seat ventilation was ever available in Omegas?

If you mean seats with ventilation ducts to blow air,  no, I don't think so.

Seats with holes in ??? 

Few of them after the heater pads short out/catch fire !!!

I had to replace both front seats in the old miggy because of that .. :(
