The Black Stuff for Rocker Covers
« on: 16 July 2009, 21:10:38 »

Am about to do Rocker Cover Gaskets on my 2.5V6. Have all original GM parts.
Often stated about using the correct "black stuff" as sealant. What I have got is a 80ml tube (unopened) of Loctite 5910 Premium Black Silicone - gasket maker/sealant.
(was bought as backup when doing a Vectra head gasket.)
Is this going to be alright to use.

Many thanks again.
