Remove the cambelt cover
Lock crank and camshafts with locking kit
Remove cambelt
Turn crank backwards to 60deg BTDC
remove cam locks
Improvise a tool to counterhold the cam sprocket (angle iron, two bolts locating in large holes in cam sprocket)
Undo centre bolt on cam sprocket
Prise out old seal
press in new seal
re-assemble.

Cam sprocket bolt is torque and angle tightened but bolt can be re-used.
If Cam covers are off for any reason you can use a 24mm oe spanner on a hex part of the cam to undo the sprocket bolt.
Use genuine Vx seals, pattern ones have been lasting for a few weeks only before failing.

Not for camshafts, it would be in the way if you wanted to change the rear crankshaft seal though..............
