facelift door rubbing strips???

does anyone know how the door rubbing strips fasten on facelift cars?
are they on clips or double sided tape and can they be removed without damaging them or the paint?

Srews at either end of the inner door and then they are slid onto clips, No tape thank god!

there clips..open doors and your see 2 allen key bolts either side off door card.take these out then push the rub strips towards the rear of car and they should come out without damage to paint....
