Ive got a 3.0 manual and I barely go over 2500rpm before changing up, and still only average 22mpg... i also have a remapped leon cupra R that i drive quite a bit quicker and average 22-25mpg in that  :-? so the V6's are quite thirsty :lol:

gets nearer 40 on a long haul though  :y
