Dis pack identification

Is it correct that if the crank shaft sensor plug is oval then it follows that the connection plug to the dispack is always also oval

Not heard that one before :-?

I have fitted loads around that age and they have been Oval connections on the dispacks. Best to make sure first though mate :y

Cheers for heads up Daz.
I couldn,t remember when I changed it last year(for a second hand..dab mistake now)but sure I had read all oval plugs ....am 99.99% sure it was oval but will get large mirror down the back of engine in morning and have a looksee....then a call to Autovaux and buy another ,but new this time.

Think you can get Bosch one off Fleabay for £80 ish although I have never personally had one, although I know people that have :y

you can geta new one from bosh (6) its self  for £60 inc p&p & tax.
And (4) £30.
